New Aruba film on ArubaByCruise.com

Aruba Cruise Tourism is featuring a new destination film on its Website www.ArubaByCruise.com, which is intended to raise passengers’ expectations before they arrive according to Kathleen Rojer, marketing and international relations director, who said the film will also raise Aruba’s marquee value.

On the home page, guests have the option to click on “Welcome” or to click on the center picture, familiar to those that have been to Aruba previously, Rojer said, as it is the same picture on the complimentary souvenir fridge clip distributed at the cruise terminal. Visitors to the Website will be taken to the “welcome back program” page, where they will be introduced to the new Aruba Film.

The film has been made possible with the cooperation of SETAR, the national telecommunication service in Aruba, and is also shown in the cruise terminal.

Aruba has reported a slight increase in calls this past summer, compared to last year, resulting in 900 more passengers and crew visiting in July and 4,500 in August. The total numbers for July were 15,456 and 18,494 in August.
