To better support the travel agency community, MSC Cruises (USA) is expanding its sales organization with the launch of a new travel agent-dedicated Business Development team and educational webinar program.
The new Business Development team will be based in MSC’s North American headquarters in Ft. Lauderdale. The team will be responsible for further developing the sale of MSC Cruises among accounts not covered by the Field Sales team. They also will contact agents on a continuous basis to educate them on MSC Cruises' promotions and marketing support systems.

To that end, all agents will be able to participate in ongoing webinars designed to educate them on the MSC Cruises brand, commissions, itineraries, onboard guest experience and marketing/communications support. A schedule of webinars soon will be available on the cruise line's travel agent web site, Agents will be able to register to participate in a live presentation or view a previous webinar at their convenience, 24/7.
