Pacific Explorer

Location: South Pacific
With P&O Cruises Australia and Carnival Cruise Line merging
operations in the South Pacific, the Pacific Explorer is set
to be withdrawn from service in February 2025. While the
1997-built vessel will leave Carnival Corporation’s fleet, no
plans for its future have been made public yet.
Queen of the Oceans (ex-Oceana)

Year Built: 1999
Capacity: 2,000 guests
Tonnage: 77,000
Location: Europe
The former Oceana has been sitting in a limbo status for the
past four years. Originally built for Princess Cruises, the Sun-
class vessel was acquired by Seajets in mid-2020 and has been
laid up in Greece ever since.
Aegean Majesty (ex-Veendam)
Last Operator: Holland America Line
Year Built: 1996
Capacity: 1,350 guests
Tonnage: 55,819
Location: Europe
In service for Holland America Line until early 2020, the former
Veendam continues to be stationed in Greece with no public
plans for its future. Acquired by Seajets, the 1,350-guest ship
has been out of service for the past four years.
