Royal Caribbean International’s Quantum of the Seas is sailing from Marina Bay in Singapore on the company’s first cruise since March.
The short cruise to nowhere is operating under strict health and safety protocols developed by Royal Caribbean in partnership with Singaporean authorities, with the ship at roughly 50 percent occupancy.
