Anthony Kaufman Appointed to Executive Vice President Role for Carnival Brands

Anthony (Tony) KaufmanCarnival Corporation has made changes to its leadership team with appointments and promotions to serve multiple brands and business units globally including Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, Seabourn and Carnival Australia, according to a statement.

Anthony (Tony) Kaufman has been promoted to executive vice president, professional services, general counsel and chief ethics and compliance officer. In this new role, he oversees a number of critically important functions: human resources, both shoreside and shipboard, information technology, legal and compliance. As a member of the senior executive team, Kaufman continues to report to Stein Kruse, chief executive officer of Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, Seabourn and Carnival Australia.

Previously, Kaufman served as executive vice president, professional services, and as chief financial officer of these four cruise brands. He has also served as executive vice president, international operations, for Carnival's Princess Cruises brand, leading the line’s expansion into Asia as well as managing the Australia, United Kingdom and Europe business operations.

Kaufman was previously vice president, professional services and chief financial officer, for four business units of Carnival Corporation– Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, Seabourn and Carnival Australia. Before that, Kaufman served as executive vice president, international operations for Carnival's Princess Cruises brand, leading the line’s Asia, Australia, United Kingdom and Europe business operations.
