Starting with the 2010 cruise season, the port of Odessa is offering cruise ships a 20 percent discount on port dues. In addition, all Ukrainian ports offer a 50 percent discount on port fees from Nov. 15 to March, 15. Also, after the third call to one Ukrainian port by any vessel from any one cruise line, a 100 percent discount will be offered, according to an announcement from the department of development and external relations for the Odessa Commercial Sea Port. Previously, the 100 percent discount applied from the third call of one vessel only. |
