The Seven Seas Explorer, a luxury newbuild for Regent, was launched today by Fincantieri at the shipyard in Sestri Ponente. Delivery is scheduled for summer 2016.
The ceremony was attended for the shipowner by Robin Lindsay, executive vice president of vessel operations, while Fincantieri was represented by Raffaele Davassi, director of the Sestri Ponente’s shipyard.
The godmother of the ceremony was Antonia Ronchi, an employee of Fincantieri.
