The Pacific Eden is better known as the Statendam, which began service in 1993 for Holland America Line after a 18 month construction period at Fincantieri. She left the Seattle-based company’s fleet in 2015 and transferred to P&O Australia. The ship was built at a cost of $180 million and has capacity for 1,258 passengers.
