Mein Schiff 4

The Mein Schiff 4 is the second newbuild for the TUI Cruises brand. She was built in Finland by the Meyer Turku shipyard.

She entered service on June 6, 2015 after being christened in Kiel, Germany. The former Olympic swimmer Franziska van Almsick served as the ship’s godmother during the ceremony that took place on Kiel’s cruise terminal.

At just under 100,000 tons, the Mein Schiff 4 has capacity for over 2,500 guests in full occupancy. In English, the vessel’s name means “My Ship”.
