Disney Magic

Disney Magic

The Disney Magic was the first ship to enter service for Disney Cruise Line. She debuted on July 30, 1998, after being built by the Italian shipyard Fincantieri.

Ordered in 1995, the 83,000-ton vessel was launched on April 17, 1997 and has only one sister ship, the Disney Wonder.

She has capacity for 2,834 passengers in full occupancy. In October 2013, the ship was subject to an overhaul at Navantia shipyard, in Spain, which saw new attractions, such as the Aquaduck waterslide being added.
