SuperStar Aquarius

SuperStar Aquarius

The SuperStar Aquarius entered service in 1993. She was built in France by the Chantiers de l’Atlantique shipyard for Norwegian Cruise Line.

Originally named Windward, she was renamed Norwegian Wind in 1998 before being transferred to the Star Cruises fleet in 2007.

At 51,309 GT, the ship is now bigger than it was when built, as result of a lengthening process. The refit was carried out in 1998, at the Lloyd Werft shipyard in Germany.
