Majesty of the Seas

The Majesty of the Seas entered service on April 26, 1992. Her godmother is the Queen Sonja of Norway.

The Majesty is the last Sovereign-class ship still in service for Royal Caribbean International. The other two, Sovereign and Monarch are currently sailing for the Spanish cruise line Pullmantur.

She was built at the Chantiers de l’Atlantique shipyard, in France. This class of ships is considered the first modern “megaships” built. The Majesty has capacity for over 2,700 passengers.
