MSC Poesia

MSC Poesia

A Musica-class ship, the MSC Poesia was delivered to MSC in 2008. She was built in a French shipyard, currently known as STX France.

It was the first ship in the MSC fleet to be named outside Italy, at a ceremony held in Dover, England.

The godmother was the Italian actress Sophia Loren, who also named all the ships in the fleet.
