Carnival Magic

Ordered by Carnival Cruise Line in 2007, the Carnival Magic was built in Italy by Fincantieri’s Monfalcone shipyard.

The second ship in the Dream-class, she entered service on May 1, 2011. It is the last Carnival ship to feature interiors designed by the naval architect Joseph Farcus.

At 130,000 tons, the Magic spent its inaugural summer season sailing in the Mediterranean, using Barcelona (Spain) and Venice (Italy) as homeports.
