Carnival Elation

Originally named Elation, the Carnival Elation entered service for Carnival Cruise Line on April 1, 1998.

She is the seventh ship of the Fantasy class and was built in Finland, by the Kvaerner Masa-Yard shipyard of Helsinki. In 2007, the ship’s named received the ‘Carnival’ prefix.

At 70,367 tons, she was one of the first cruise ship equipped with an Azipod propulsion system.
