Seabourn Launches Online Videos Series: “Seabourn InSights”

Seabourn is introducing “Seabourn InSights,” a new series of online videos that offer an inside look at the ships, the destinations where they cruise and the skilled, dedicated men and women who work on board.

From captains and executive chefs to waiters and suite stewardesses, the short video vignettes feature interviews with staff members, showcasing their engaging personalities and favorite onboard moments.

The videos also offer behind-the-scenes looks at various guest experiences, both on ship and ashore, demonstrating the staff’s commitment and dedication to delivering sincere, personalized service to their guests.

“We have such a wonderful group of hard-working men and women who bring our ships to life every day, and our new Seabourn InSights videos show why our staff is among the best in the industry,” said John Delaney, Seabourn’s senior vice president of marketing and sales. “The videos reveal some of the magic that occurs behind the scenes that guests don’t normally see.”

One Seabourn InSights video features Seabourn’s signature “Evening at Ephesus” complimentary shore side event in the Greco-Roman ruins near Kusadasi, Turkey, beginning with how the crew prepares for it, and also highlighting the actual event and guests enjoying a candle-lit concert. Another video showcases a time-lapse sequence of Seabourn Sojourn sailing into the scenic Trollfjord in Norway, surrounded by snow-capped peaks. A third video features charismatic Norwegian Captain Dag Dvergastein introducing himself and talking about his family history and his job, as well as exploring the Iles des Saintes in the Caribbean by Zodiac, for possible landing sites for Seabourn guests.

Seabourn InSights are available for viewing online at www.seabourn.com, as well as on the line’s Facebook and YouTube pages. Additional InSights videos will be released in the upcoming weeks.
