January Ends with a Historical Record in Aruba

January 31 2013 marked another record for the port of Aruba.

The port egistered a total of 118, 542 cruise passengers. While projections of cruise-tariff-paying passengers were kept in-line with 2012 arrivals (at a 98% occupancy rate), most ships arrived at 100 percent occupancy levels.

The last registered record breaking month was March 2011, where for the first time Aruba welcomed our 100,000th passenger.

A total of 110,363 cruise visitors arrived onboard the ships during the aforementioned month.
