Heineken Global Duty Free Americas Celebrates Skyfall Release

In a show of customer appreciation, Heineken Global Duty Free celebrated its successful business partnerships in the Americas by holding an evening extravaganza for clients on Wednesday 7 November. A special pre-view screening of SKYFALL, the latest James Bond movie, was shown in the sumptuous surroundings of the CineBistro, Dolphin Mall, Miami, where invitees were treated to an evening of drinks, culinary delights and socialising.

Heineken has a strong history of a successful relationship with James Bond through global partnerships spanning several previous Bond films, right up to the latest partnership with SKYFALL™, making this the perfect choice of entertainment for the evening’s events.

The Bond partnership has been highlighted through the many duty free channels where Heineken GDF is present, ensuring that the exhilarating and perfect brand fit between Bond and Heineken is brought even closer to the attention of the global consumer.

Promotions are currently in place with many cruise lines offering the chance for passengers to win prizes, one of which was to attend this premium party, with the lucky winner named as Edward Darr. Other key clients invited to attend included representatives from Carisam, Celebrity, Royal Caribbean Cruises, Carnival, Norwegian Cruise Line, Celebration Cruises, Apollo, Fairn and Swanson, The Caribbean Supplier Martinique, Duty Free America, Monarq Group and Heineken International, with the evening hailed a great success.

Carlos Candeias, Global Account Manager Americas for Heineken Global Duty Free and host for the evening, commented: ” Bond is the ultimate Man of the World – confident, resourceful and ready for new experiences – personifying the values of the Heineken brand. Through this great event we are able to share these values and excite our customers, who we regard as being our partners in activating the global experience of the Heineken/Bond partnership through duty free channels. “
