“The Cornell Hospitality Research Summit (CHRS) is a key example of how we bring scholars and practitioners together,” said Michael D. Johnson, Dean and E.M Statler Professor, of Hotel Administration. “The conference’s unique line-up of international senior industry leaders and top academics will stimulate a two-way dialogue that is critical to the advancement of the hospitality industry.”

Added Rohit Verma, Professor, CHRS Conference Chair: “The CHRS concept was developed in response to a clear need for a conference that provides a forum for industry practitioners and academic researchers to work together to develop knowledge-based strategies and solutions for industry issues. This was a successful formula for the inaugural CHRS two years ago, and we build on that formula for the second edition of CHRS which focuses on Service Excellence and Performance Growth in the Global Hospitality Industry.”
