Via the Australian Cruise Express travel agency, Princess Cruises is offering Australians a new cruise package in Europe for 2013, including the second only voyage of the new Royal Princess.

The 27-night package includes a Mediterranean cruise in June 2013, aboard the new-generation, 2,600-passenger ship, followed by a Baltic cruise aboard the Emerald.

According to Cruise Express, to be launched in June, 2013, the 141,000-ton Royal Princess will feature a spectacular, enclosed, glass-bottomed walkway and bar stretching 9 meters from the ship’s hull, 39 meters above the ocean, the line’s largest ever swimming pool and atrium, and adults-only pool sanctuary with private cabanas, a new seaview seafood bar and gelato bar and another cruising first - a TV studio broadcasting its own game, chat, cooking and music shows live across the ship. And every ocean-view cabin will sport its own private balcony, or 81 per cent of all the ship’s 1,780 cabins.

The Cruise Express package will allow Australians to fly to Spain on their day of choice in June, 2013, and includes two nights’ accommodation in Barcelona in June 21 and 22, a 12-night voyage aboard Royal Princess departing June 23, 2013, from Barcelona to Venice via Provence in France, Italy, the Greek Islands and Turkey, a flight to Denmark, one night’s accommodation in Copenhagen on July 5, 2013, and another 11-night cruise with Princess, this time through the Baltic aboard the 113,000-ton, Emerald Princess, launched in 2007.
