Simultaneous call to the cruise terminal of Puerto Vallarta

As it was scheduled, on Wednesday, April 25 four cruises arrived at Puerto Vallarta simultaneously. For the first time, since the culmination of the work of the project of enlargement of the infrastructure of the cruise terminal consisting on the construction of two marginal piers for cruises of the last generation, three cruises were docked.

Carnival Pride, of the Shipping line Carnival, of 293 meters of length, arrived at 7:00 h., with 2,307 passengers and 936 crew members on board, which was berth in Dock 1; Regal Princess, of the shipping line Princess Cruises, of 245 meters long, arrived at 9:00 h., with 1,514 passengers and 704 crew members, which was berth in Dock 2; the Ryndam, of the shipping line Holland America Line, of 220 meters of length, arrived at 7:30 h., with 1,183 passengers and 617 crew members, which was berth in Dock 3; the Radiance of the Seas, of the shipping line Royal Caribbean, arrived at this port at 6:00 h., with 2009 passengers and 905 crew members on board, which remained anchored in the Bay.

With the intention of assuring a calm operation and without problems, previous meetings were carried out with Federal, State and Municipal authorities where there was established the logistics of the simultaneous call and the movement of the vessels that carry out tours around the bay.
