Starting in 2011, Hapag-Lloyd Cruises is offering a new and attractive price structure for its premium ship, the MS COLUMBUS. With the “COLUMBUS all-inclusive package,” extras on board will become a thing of the past. For anyone booking a “COLUMBUS all-inclusive package,” all 81 drinks on the beverages list – from soft drinks to exotic cocktails – all tips on board and even a package of two to four shore excursions per cruise are included in the price.
The “COLUMBUS all-inclusive package” can be booked as an option in addition to the regular price of the cruise. Moving forward, all COLUMBUS cruises will include a cruise-only rate, as well as a rate for the package. The package price depends on the length of the cruises and the destinations, and will start at $340 per person/per cruise on the International Cruises 2011.
“With the new ‘COLUMBUS all-inclusive package’ we are offering a carefree price on all cruises on our premium ship, without any exceptions or restrictions,“ said Sebastian Ahrens, Managing Director of Hapag-Lloyd Cruises.
Another new feature is the introduction of two price categories: a guaranteed price for a two-berth inside cabin and new prices for single occupancy of an inside cabin. This will make these two categories even more attractive.
