TUI Cruises has named Annette Engelke director of product management and onboard services and Werner Englisch director of project management. Engelke will oversee the onboard product quality and delivery, including concessionaires. Englisch, who was director of operations, will be responsible for the conversion of the Mercury into Mein Schiff 2 and for future ship additions. Engelke was previously director of communications.
