CruiseOne & Cruises Inc. Name New VP of Sales Performance

CruiseOne and Cruises Inc., the nation’s leading cruise travel retail network, today announced the appointment of Drew Daly as Vice President of Sales Performance. A 14-year veteran of World Travel Holdings (WTH), the parent company of CruiseOne and Cruises Inc., Daly is currently Senior Sales Director and will step into his new role on September 14. He was selected from hundreds of applicants to fill the coveted senior management position.

Daly joined WTH 14 years ago as an agent and quickly ascended the ranks into sales management. In early positions with the company, Daly managed the Virginia Beach call center and worked as Manager of Retail Sales, where he oversaw the operations of 26 retail locations. After quickly demonstrating his expertise in sales strategy and sales force motivation, Daly was presented the challenge of launching a virtual sales team for WTH. In 2002, he began creating what is today the nation’s most comprehensive virtual sales network. As Senior Sales Director for World Travel Holdings, Daly oversees the network he built, which includes two coaches and more than 130 agents.

In his new position as Vice President of Sales Performance for CruiseOne and Cruises Inc., Daly will oversee the companies’ Fort Lauderdale-based Training and Business Development teams. He will be responsible for managing all training programs and overseeing continuing education events including the Regional Training Series, Seminars at Sea and National Conference. Daly will also be charged with creating new programs to maximize Business Development efficiencies and crafting internal campaigns that will achieve and surpass revenue goals. As a valued member of the CruiseOne and Cruises Inc. senior management team, Daly will work closely with the companies’ cruise line and travel partners. He will also collaborate internally with various groups, including the Marketing and Communications Team, to orchestrate effective cross-promotional programs.
