Aruba Cruise Tourism Presents New Christmas Card

The Aruba Cruise Tourism presented as the closure of the 50 years of cruise tourism celebration to Aruba, with a special presentation of a Christmas card, painted by the youngster Mr. Nathan van der Linden at 12 years of age.

Kathleen Rojer of Aruba Cruise Tourism selected the paint art when attending an art exhibition 2007 by Fundacion Desaroyo Educativo Comunitario (FDEC), a community project designed by the Government of Aruba to stimulate art and music.

Nathan van der Linden was a “Cuarta” (small guitar instrument) student and then changed to explore the art of painting, since he loves to paint.

His art was exhibit and afterwards chosen for the special occasion of a Seasons Greetings card to commemorate the 50 years of cruise tourism.

His sister, Tizania van der Linden had the honor to unveil the art encased in a beautiful frame.

On this occasion Kathleen Rojer presented the First Season’s Greetings card to Nathan, now 13 years, which was accepted with joy; it was all a surprise presentation for him.
