Carnival, Disney, Bahamas Paradise Cancel Sailings

Carnival Cruise Line has cancelled South Florida departures on both the Carnival Liberty (Sept. 7) and Carnival Victory (Sept. 8) as Hurricane Irma threatens Florida and the Caribbean.

Guests will receive a full refund, according to a statement from Carnival.

Disney Cruise Line has also made adjustments.

The September 2 sailing aboard the Disney Fantasy will return two days earlier, while the September 9 sailing is cancelled.

The Disney Dream is also coming back to South Florida one day earlier, and the September 8 and September 11 sailings on the ship are cancelled.

Guests on the cancelled sailings will receive a full refund and 25 percent future cruise voucher, according to Disney.

In addition, Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line has cancelled its Sept. 8 and Sept. 10 departures from Palm Beach.
