Member ports attending include: California, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Hawaii, British Columbia, Guam, Micronesia, Saipan, Taiwan and Tonga.

The conference will be held at the Rex Lee Auditorium in Utulei with delegates staying at Sadie’s by the Sea Hotel.
