Incheon and a number of other South Korea cruise ports are said to be on alert after some Chinese travel agents have stopped selling packages that include cruise calls to South Korea, part of an ongoing geopolitical issue, according to a report in The Korea Herald.
The ongoing situation could also cause havoc on closer-in itineraries, which may be forced to drop South Korean calls in favor of Japan.
Most ships sail from mainland China on short cruises, averaging four to five days, with calls in Japan and South Korea.
