Costa Launches

Costa, Europe’s Number One Cruise Line, has officially launched its “Costa Club” past guest program in the United States. This exclusive club is dedicated to past guests who choose Costa as their preferred cruise line, with all members receiving special offers and privileges. Past guests based in the United States who are currently enrolled in the program recently received full information regarding “Costa Club.”

Guests who enroll in “Costa Club” receive a wide array of benefits and privileges, based on the number of cruises they take and purchases made onboard. Each guest receives 100 points for every day they cruise and 40 points for every $60 USD spent onboard that is registered on their personal onboard cruise card. “Costa Club” offers three membership levels: Aquamarine for members who have earned up to 2,000 points, Coral for members who have earned between 2,001 and 5,000 points and Pearl for guests who have earned 5,001 points or more.

Being a “Costa Club” member gives members outstanding savings. As a member, guests will be entitled to a 5% discount off Early Booking Fares on a wide variety of select itineraries. Members will also be entitled to extra discounts on a selection of cruises that will be advertised during the year. Membership privileges also include access to a special “Costa Club” information desk with a dedicated “Costa Club” staff member on hand to assist throughout the cruise. Additional perks include a cocktail party with the Captain complete with a souvenir photo, in-room amenities, discounts on Costa merchandise, internet center prices, wine packages, laundry service and select salon items as well as privileged boarding and disembarkation for Coral and Pearl members, among numerous others.

“At Costa, our unique brand of “Cruising Italian Style” attracts a large percentage of repeat guests who look forward to cruising with us year after year and who also enjoy the benefits and privileges of belonging to Costa Club,” said Maurice M. Zarmati, President and CEO of Costa Cruise Lines—North America. “It’s just one of the ways we show appreciation to our past guests, complete with exceptional levels of personal attention and special perks before, during and after their cruise.”

Past guests who wish to enroll in Costa Club may do so by completing and mailing in a membership application, enrolling online by visiting www.costacruises.com or by visiting the Costa Club Information desk on all Costa ships.
