Room Still Available in the Harbor
According to the latest Coast Guard advisory, there is still plenty of space available in the New York Harbor area for July 3 and 4.
The biggest problem may be the chain of 41 barges that are scheduled to attend - they are full of fireworks that will go off on the 4th and create the biggest cloud of smoke ever seen or experienced at the port.
