Sun Line Announces Joint Program

Sun Line Cruises has entered into a joint program with Epirotiki Lines promoting Greece as a cruise destination for Americans in 1993. Both lines refuted speculation that one will be buying the other out.

Alex Keusseoglou, Vice President of Sun Line, also said that Sun Line’s goal is to have three ships in the size range of the 620-passenger Stella Solaris within the next four years. He was uncertain whether the line would hold onto the smaller ships, the 180-passenger Stella Maris and the 300-passenger Stella Oceanis.

Keusseoglou also said that long-range plans include the possibility of purchasing an additional ship to be in the U.S. market year-round.
