Mein Schiff 3 Completes First Drydock

TUI Cruises’ Mein Schiff 3 has just completed a 12-day drydock at Navantia for regular maintenance as well as a freshening up of public rooms and guest accommodations. It is the ship’s first drydock since entering service in June 2014.

A new bar was installed on Deck 4 themed like a maritime museum.

Technical work also included the application of a silicone-based hull coating.

Some 400 yard workers and 1,000 crew members worked on the ship.

The Mein Schiff 3 sails a rock and roll cruise, starting today, with German performers.
