Hapag-Lloyd Cruises has launched three English-language social media outlets, with a strong focus on the ‘visual’ social media channels Instagram and Pinterest.

Among its new English-language social media outreach, Hapag-Lloyd Cruises also launched a Twitter account.

The Germany-based cruise operator is determined to reinforce its international strategy, said a prepared statement.

Hapag-Lloyd Cruises has introduced its first English-language social media channel, on Twitter at @HLCruisesInt. 

Additionally, on Instagram and Pinterest the focus will be on its newest fleet member, the Europa 2. The Instagram account is MSEUROPA2 (#EUROPA2).
