Norwegian Cruise Line has appointed Claude Boudottx to vice president of food and beverage. He served most recently as head of F&B at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Before that Boudoux worked in Las Vegas and also specialized in designing and opening F&B operations in new resort hotels.
Regent Seven Seas and Regent Hotels have reorganized management under the Regent brand. President Mark Conroy is overseeing both the cruise line and the hotels. Christian Sauleau, who is executive vice president of the cruise line, has added that responsibility for all of the hotels in the Americas as well. His team includes Senior Director Andre Nordseth, who maintains day-to-day responsibility over ship product and service performance, and Vice President Monica Neumaim, operations leader for the hotels.
Ken Watson, executive vice president of sales and marketing for the cruise line, also takes on that responsibility for the hotels in the Americas. Sophie Vlessing, vice president of customer strategy and marketing and her team will now be responsible for marketing for the cruise line as well as marketing related activities associated with the American-based hotels. Randall Soy, vice president of channel sales, will continue to focus on cruise sales. And John Cardona, Regent Hotels’ new senior director of sales will be joining shortly.
