AIDA Goes Offbeat in New York

Starting its fall cruise season in North America, AIDA Cruises is offering some new tours in New York City that even New Yorkers might find unusual. Among the highlights is a visit to a graffiti workshop in the Bronx.

After what AIDA calls the “famous streets of the Grand Concourse and Fordham Road,” passengers will be introduced to the world of spray art and professional graffiti artists.

Other offerings include a dinner cruise in the harbor allowing passengers to see the Statue of Liberty and the Financial District at night. Another tour takes in popular roof-top bars, promising passengers VIP access.

More than 30 different tours are offered.

Three AIDA ships sail 10- and 14-day cruises from Oct. 2 to Nov. 1 starting at 649 euro per person or 945 euro including air.
