MHG Insurance Brokers has announced the promotion of Janine Jeffries to Manager, Business Insurance.

In her new role, Janine will be responsible for overseeing the placement of Workers Compensation, General Liability and Commercial Property accounts as well as developing new business insurance opportunities for MHG.

In addition to business insurance solutions, MHG also offers a full line of life and health products for groups and individuals, health care reform guidance and employee benefits solutions.

Janine joined MHG in 2011, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. She holds both Life & Health and Property & Casualty insurance licenses and has previously created Property & Casualty business divisions for several agencies, including her own.

Janine is active in the South Florida community and participates in various 5k charity runs, including those for Broward Fire Fighters and the Susan G. Komen race for The Cure. She is also a supporter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. An avid animal lover, Janine is a Certified Equine Sports Therapist, as well as an active member of the Plantation Acres Saddle Club and the American Quarter Horse Association.
