Baltimore Gears Up for 2008 Cruise Season

Cruise Maryland at Baltimore is gearing up for the 2008 season, welcoming back Royal Caribbean International for sailings to Bermuda, the Caribbean, and Canada/New England.  Additionally, Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) is coming to Baltimore for sailings to Bermuda, according to a spokesperson for the port.

Preparations are already underway to get the cruise terminal ready to welcome the 2008 cruise visitors.  Destination New England is busy training personnel to provide friendly, efficient check-in service while port personnel are working to ensure a safe and clean environment.

There are minor changes in parking fees for 2008:  Cars – $13.00, Recreational Vehicles – $25.00, Buses – $35.00, payable in cash or traveler’s checks only.

NCL will be sailing one, six- and nine, seven-day cruises to Bermuda. Royal Caribbean will be sailing nine, five-day cruises to Bermuda; four, nine-day cruises to the Caribbean, and two, nine-day cruises to Canada/New England.
