As Cruise Industry News Quarterly Magazine wrote in the winter 1991/1992 edition: One of the most unique ships to enter the market next year is the 354-passenger Radisson Diamond. This twin-hulled, luxury vessel is being built at Rauma Yards in Finland for $125 million. According to Rauma, the location of the engines in the hulls allows for less noise and vibrations to be heard and felt. 2010: The ship is currently operating as the Asia Star, a gaming vessel. |
