Compass Speakers and Entertainment Inc., the leading placement agency for clergy, guest lecturers, art instructors and Gentlemen Hosts for 58 of the world's luxury and premium cruise vessels, has welcomed a new team member to their Fort Lauderdale, Florida office.

Having been in business for 15 years, the company has expanded to include Emily Walton, who will oversee Compass’s new Bridge Division.

In her new title of Director, Onboard Programming, Emily's experience in the industry began at Princess Cruises in Santa Clarita, California where she worked for 12 years.

There, she was responsible for the placement of entertainers and enrichment personnel for a fleet of 17 ships.

"With the recent addition of an up-market cruise line to the Compass portfolio, Emily’s extensive cruise industry experience will be elemental to the success of our new bridge division," says Niklas Sardana III, president of Compass Speakers.  "We are excited to have her onboard, and she is thrilled to be living in the cruise region of the world.”
