Puerto Rico Governor Alejandro Garcia Padilla has approved a package of cruise line related incentives and discounts, aimed at increasing the island’s passenger count.
The package consists of a 10 percent discount on goods and services purchased by cruise companies. There is also a “reduction” in the passenger tax for a portion of arrivals through 2017.
