Cruise Norway Elects New Board

Cruise Norway has announced a new board of directors voted in at its annual general assembly on May 23.

The new chairman of the board is Ingvar M. Mathisen, port director of Port of Bodø. He is also vice chairman of Norwegian Ports Association and has experience from various other cruise organizations.

The new board of directors are: Ole Warberg, CEO of Visit Bergen and President of NHO Hospitality Organization; Thomas Granfeldt jr, general manager, Port of Kristiansand; Solvi Kristoffersen, harbor manager, Port of Bronnoysund; Halvar Pettersen, port director, Port of Tromso; Oystein Nomerstad, maritime director, Port of Oslo; and Rita Berstad Maraak, port director, Ports of Geirangerfjord
