Le Havre Cruise Club Launches the Cruise Welcome Program

The Cruise Club of Le Havre launched its new Cruise Welcome program in conjunction with the first call of the season on March 21, by the AIDAluna.

This project is led in partnership with the Jeanne d’Arc High school: student teams will welcome cruise passengers in various areas downtown. The AIDALuna’s club director, hotel manager, entertainment manager and shore operation manager assisted in the ceremony in the cruise terminal and were offered a symbolic gift of Le Havre by Cruise Club President Agnès Firmin Le Bodo.

The AIDALuna was also welcomed by an accordion concert. Toffees were offered at the information desk and roses at the boutique. The program will vary pending special events and seasons with different themes, such as roses in the spring, music in summer time, hot chocolate and mulled wine for the winter.
