MSC Cruises’ latest flagship the MSC Preziosa is getting ready for her grand debut in Genoa, Italy, on March 23 2013, and looks set to take the MSC fleet’s onboard shopping experience to new heights as soon as she sets sail.
As well as all the regular Fantasia class favourites, including the duty free Mini Mall, designer watch and sunglasses shop l’Angolo dell’Oggetto and La Boutique for men’s, women’s and children’s fashions, the addition of brand new perfumery and cosmetics shop, La Profumeria, and two jewellery shops instead of one – Il Gioiello, now dedicated exclusively to high jewellery, and the all new Fashion Bijoux for costume jewelry.
In prime space on deck 6, in the area used as the cigar lounge on board sister ship MSC Divina, MSC Preziosa now boasts the exclusive 85 square metre perfumery, La Profumeria.
In this stunning light, modern space, designed in ivory and gold and with just a hint of art deco, travellers can browse the top brand perfumes, make-up and skin care products on offer, from Chanel to Dior to Lancôme.
The area on deck 7 used as a perfumery and make-up shop on board previous Fantasia class vessels has now been turned into the all new Fashion Bijoux, a costume jewellery shop with spectacular Swarovski and Pandora Moments display corners, as well as various other popular brands including Antica Murrina Veneziana and Majorica.
The popular Il Gioiello will now be dedicated entirely to high jewellery and watches, with luxury brands including Bulgari and Montblanc.
MSC Preziosa will boast a total of 11 shops: the duty free Mini Mall, the watch and sunglasses shop L’Angolo dell’Oggetto, La Boutique, the Pool Shop, the MSC Logo Shop, La Caramella candy shop, Fashion Bijoux, La Profumeria, Il Gioiello, the Accessories Shop for bags, belts and leather goods and the MSC Photo Shop.
With this impressive variety of boutiques boasting a great selection of top brands at duty free prices, plus a team of friendly staff available to help travellers find the perfect treat, there’s no doubt that MSC Preziosa offers one of the best shopping experiences at sea.
