Costa Denies Allegra Compliance Allegations

Costa Cruises has released the following statement:

With reference to what  published today by the website of British shipping newspaper Lloyd’s List, Costa Crociere confirms that Costa Allegra is fully in compliance with all controls performed by the relevant authorities. Since April 2010 to date the ship was subjected to six inspections: only two of them (in January 2011 at  Eilat  and in December 2011 at Safaga) pointed out minor findings, which were promptly fixed within the time allowed by the Port State Control Inspectors who requested them.
