Holland America Promotes Littlemore to Deputy Director, Revenue Management

Holland America Line has promoted Jack Littlemore to deputy director, revenue management. He is responsible for building fares and promotions in the POLAR Online booking engine, as well as managing, controlling and maximizing utilization of all passenger stateroom inventory to meet revenue and occupancy objectives.

Most recently Littlemore was senior manager of revenue management. He reports to Leon Gessula, senior director of revenue management.

“During Jack’s tenure with Holland America Line we’ve seen him continue to take on new challenges and grow with every promotion,” said Gessula. “We know he will continue to make significant contributions to our operations for many years.”

Littlemore began his career with Holland America Line in 2001 as an agent in the guest programs department. He was assigned to Holland America’s POLAR booking engine transition team and reporting project before being named manager of operations support.

The Seattle native and accomplished guitarist worked for AAA for eight years prior to joining Holland America Line.
