Cruise Holidays franchise owners and affiliates will find networking opportunities at this year’s Annual Convention, when it kicks off Saturday, November 5, 2011. This year’s Annual Convention takes place aboard Holland America Line’s Eurodam,  November 5-12, 2011, on an eastern Caribbean sailing. Franchise owners, frontline agents, independent contractors, vendor partners and headquarters staff from Cruise Holidays are expected to attend.

This year’s theme is “The Difference Is You!” Cruise Holidays franchise owners will have a key stake in the success of the meeting because their active participation will be requested in networking sessions, franchise owner-led roundtables, and best practices workshops where they will share ideas throughout the week.

The convention will also include two high-powered motivational presentations by speaker Roger Crawford, designed to instill peak performance and help the audience break through self-imposed limits.

Although specific details will not be announced until the convention, General Sessions will include the unveiling of a learning management system for existing and new franchise owners, frontline agents and independent contractors. New developments in Cruise Holidays’ award-winning marketing program will also be announced.
