North Korea has a cruise line, sort of.

The vessel, Mangyongbong, is sailing from the port of Rajin, near the China/Russia border, to the Mount Kumgang resort area near the South Korean border.

Media reports (the journalists onboard all slept in the same room, with mattresses on the floor) indicate the ship is old, rusty, and amenities are far from the cruise norm the Western world has become accustomed to.

The Rajin port is located in Rason City, which allows visitors of any nationality (including Americans) to visit Visa-free, although tourists must leave their mobile phones in China.
