Royal Caribbean Independence Day Deals

With family and friends coming together to celebrate the long weekend, Independence Day is a perfect opportunity to plan an unforgettable multi-generational family vacation, romantic escape, or girlfriends getaway to Europe, Alaska and the Caribbean with Royal Caribbean International. Additionally, vacationers making a new booking can take advantage of a variety of limited-time offers, such as ChoiceAir credits up to $2,000, up to eight Group Amenities Plus (GAP) points for travel agents, family-value pricing, and onboard credits to spend toward beverages, specialty dining and spa treatments.

“Royal Caribbean is offering so many reasons to help families, couples and friends self-determine their next vacation this Independence Day,” said Vicki Freed, senior vice president of Sales, Trade Support and Services of Royal Caribbean International. “Our promotions help recognize guests who return to us again and again, like our loyal Crown & Anchor Society members, as well as welcome new vacationers to try our brand. So book early to enjoy the widest selection. We also have our valued travel agent partners in mind, and we are driving traffic to their doorsteps and helping them sell more cruises and grow their businesses with all of these compelling consumer choices.”

Crown & Anchor Society Bring-a-Friend Extended Promotion

The ‘Bring a Friend’ offer rewards Crown & Anchor Society members, the cruise line’s most loyal guests, for introducing new vacationers to Royal Caribbean International. Crown & Anchor Society members can receive $25 onboard credit per stateroom when they invite and make a new booking with their ‘first to Royal’ friends or family in additional staterooms on the same sailing. The offer is applicable for up to five staterooms per sailing, depending on the length of their cruise, for new bookings made between January 21 and July 31, 2011.

Super Savings for Europe Getaway

For all new individual reservations made for Voyager of the Seas’ seven-night sailings in July and August 2011, vacationers can take advantage of up to $2,000 ChoiceAir credit per stateroom and enjoy the cultures, tastes and colors of Italy and the Adriatic Coast. From select major gateways, vacationers can enjoy a $300 ChoiceAir credit per newly booked Interior stateroom; $400 per Ocean View stateroom; $500 per Balcony stateroom; and $2,000 per Suite-category stateroom.

ChoiceAir is an exclusive service that offers guests access to highly competitive airfares, more flight options and full control and visibility of their air arrangements. Guests enjoy exceptional, dedicated service that includes day-of-travel support to help them get to their voyage, even if they encounter flight delays or cancellations requiring a last-minute change or diversion to the next port of call.

Western Caribbean Family Value

Vacationers also can make plans for a convenient winter getaway and enjoy great family value aboard Jewel of the Seas, Mariner of the Seas and Voyager of the Seas, respectively sailing from Tampa, Galveston and New Orleans. From November 2011 through April 2012, all three ships will sail their first seasons out of their respective homeports, with Voyager of the Seas marking Royal Caribbean’s return to the ‘Big Easy’ since 2007. Cruise fares for four-, five- and seven-night Western Caribbean itineraries start at $896 per quad-occupancy stateroom.

Additionally, travel agents can earn up to eight (GAP) points on new group bookings for Jewel of the Seas, Mariner of the Seas and Voyager of the Seas’ winter 2011-12 season. Travel agents can redeem GAP points to offer their customers onboard incentives, such as a complimentary bottle of wine, onboard credit, robes and slippers to use while onboard, and other items to entice vacationers and help travel professionals close a sale.

Summer Values on an Alaska Adventure

Plan for an awe-inspiring Alaska adventure aboard Royal Caribbean’s Radiance of the Seas, which recently reemerged after a 21-day, dry-dock Royal Advantage revitalization to deliver a new array of dining concepts, entertainment options, children’s programming and technology advancements, originally introduced to industry-wide acclaim aboard the cruise line’s Oasis-class ships. Vacationers can still experience the wilderness of Alaska and take advantage of cruise fares starting at $649 per guest on a seven-night North- or South-bound itinerary between Seward, Alaska and Vancouver, British Colombia, for August 5 through September 9, 2011, departures.

Vacationers also can choose a Royal Caribbean Alaska cruisetour that combines a cruise aboard Radiance of the Seas with one of 21 escorted land tour itineraries traveling into Alaska’s majestic and untamed interior. A dedicated Tour Director escorts each group of guests as they explore the Alaskan frontier aboard Royal Caribbean’s signature deluxe motorcoaches and the Wilderness Express, the cruise line’s exclusive glass-domed train cars, which offer breathtaking views of the landscape.
