Prestige Cruise Holdings Signs IssuTrax Agreement with Onboard

OnboarD announced today that after completing installation of its IssuTrax Facilities Maintenance Management system earlier this year onboard Oceania Cruises Marina, the line’s first newly built ship, it has now signed an agreement to install IssuTrax onboard the remaining Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas vessels.

“OnboarD is a clear leader in providing web-based software solutions for the maritime industry and we decided on IssuTrax after evaluating the system onboard two Oceania vessels.” said, David Lehman, Director of Ship IT Operations for Prestige Cruise Holdings the parent company of Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. “IssuTrax now gives us a framework to deliver the highest level of service within the industry when addressing guest related matters. We now have an efficient and effective way to communicate facility maintenance and guest service issues while providing onboard and shoreside management with a clear real-time picture of the top guest issues onboard each vessel and across the entire fleet. With IssuTrax we can be sure our guest’s experiences are exceptional.”

“We are thrilled to be partnering with Prestige Cruise Holdings and implementing our IssuTrax solution onboard the Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises vessels. This agreement is evidence of our leadership in the delivery of software solutions for the cruise market.” said OnboarD co-founder and Managing Partner Jimmy Lopez. “OnboarD’s experience and proven ability to deliver results that meet our clients’ software needs are the foundation of this new agreement.”

The IssuTrax Facilities Maintenance System provides an intelligent automated workflow solution eliminating the manual and paper processes while promoting a greener environment. IssuTrax is used to manage facility maintenance tasks, guest requests, complaints, incidents, and more. The web based interface and graphical dashboard can be accessed from any PC on the ship or from the shoreside office. The system interfaces to the major cruise line PMS providers to capture guest details; it also interfaces to SpecTec’s AMOS system, can be integrated with the ships PBX system for opening and closing issues via IVR, and also supports the use of handheld mobile devices. Two-way replication allows all sites to be combined into a single headquarter data warehouse system for data analysis and access to specific issues.
