New Korean Cruise Line?

South Korea-based Polaris Shipping is planning to launch a cruise line, offering cruises to China, Japan and Russia.

According to sources in Korea, the company plans to “secure” smaller cruise ships in the 500-passenger range.

Polaris Shipping was established in 2004 and owns a fleet of eight iron ore carries and manages three more, sailing between Brazil and the Far East.
